Cartvertising via Bill took $3,640 on March 22, 2011 in exchange for advertising in Vons grocery stores in Yorba Linda to commence June 1, 2011. When June 1, 2011 came around, no advertisement was put in cart stores. Numerous efforts to contact the agent I had dealt with, Bill, resulted in only one response, "Don't worry about,I will have them call you". When I contacted headquarters , I went straight o the voicemail of a lady named "Yolanda" , left a message and never heard from anyone, no one returns your calls in that company or answers the phones.After calling Bill again to complain, he got them to call me and when I complained that they charged me twice that month on my credit card and and the carts were not even there as promised, she said there was nothing on the contract indicating "when" the advertising was to begin! "Tonisha" even said that the delay was due to another client not turning his ad on time, what does that have to do with me, come on 4 months!! We were promised to have the carts by June, we then hoped to have them for 4th of July weekend. It is now end of July and NOTHING! I now have left 2 more messages saying I want a full refund and of course no one calls me back. This group is a scam and a complete scam!
Stay away from them! Seriously, they are just bad bad business!
I wish I had read the complaints before I signed that contract, which by the way gives you NO rights.

We're having the exact same problem with Cartvertising!

No one answers phone calls or emails. No one calls back. They continue to withdraw money from our account but so far there is nothing to show for it. The few times they have actually spoken with me...I was fed the same excuse..."someone else hasn't turned in their ad yet."
Nothing I was promised has come through yet. Their artist can not even get my business name correct on the "proposed" ad. My contract clearly states (in bold letters) that it is a 12 month contract, but now the consultant, James Coffman is telling me that the contract is only for 6 months. I guess none of that matters since they have not even put the ad on carts yet.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It's definitely a SCAM and not worth the money or headache.

Call the supermarket chain, not Cartvertising. Your problem will get fixed if they fear losing their inventory.
