non receipt of "trial" but credit card charged

I have the same scenario and experience as the other complainants. Cellan and Cellean names are used in order to confuse you as to whom you are replying to or canceling or communicating with. Various communications come back with either of the two names, as well as different order numbers, fake shipping tracking numbers, and confirmation numbers and from "Cellan Support", "Cellean Support," "Customer Service," "Customer Support." They do not reply to requests for clarification. Can you all please help to get this out to the world so others are not victimized?
