Century Photo Has refused to grant me a refund Santa Fe Springs, California

I placed an order with Century Photo on Aug. 1, 2010. When the items were still on backorder in December, I decided to cancel the order. Since that time I have made over 15 phone calls to the company, and spent endless time on the phone waiting to get through. I have left messages for supervisors who have not bothered to return my calls. I have repeatedly requested that my money be refunded but it has not yet came through even though it has been 4 months. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them and yet the company still has not responded even though it has been over a month. The company owes me over $100.00. On my call today I asked if the company was still in business??? I can't see how this company is still operating with this type of customer service???

Yesterday I spoke with Taylor Clark (customer service), same problem. THey owe me 388 from order I placed last June! (although I cancelled in April) He says they are HAND WRITING refund checks. ridiculous.

Here is the company number 562 447-1700. I think owner of company is Sadiq S Judah
I think we should all call non stop and keep writing letters to Attorney General's office, etc.

I ordered a photo album in December of 2010. The album never arrived although my credit card was charged. The amount is small - $15 - but it's the principle of the whole thing. I have e-mailed and called Century Photo repeatedly over the past months and have been told the check will be sent in...March...then June...now they're saying August. My guess is that they did this to thousands of customers and made hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'm reporting them to the BBB, but I don't know what other recourse there is.
