Have not had returned merchandise refunded and cannot reach Customer Service, despite numerous attempts. Phone calls to Customer Service get "all circuits busy-- please try your call again, later" messages, and have done so for a full week, despite trying at all hours of the day and night. Calls to the orders/sales line are the only ones answered, and when asked about refunds, calls are sent to "Customer Service" limbo and disconnect after 10 minutes. Email queries have been ignored. There is scant merchandise left, about half of their offerings are on "back order". They were in Chapter 7, now Chapter 11; things are in disarray, and I fear consumers will not have their refunds honored. Beware of placing orders with this outfit. I hope I'm wrong, but feel they are probably liquidating remaining stock, squeezing what cash they can, and will be shuttered by Christmas.
