Chevron Gas station 00201095 Overcharge my Visa, when I filled up my car, I have a receipt to proof Irvine, California

On Nov 28, 2011 I use my visa card to filled up gas at Chervon 00201095 in Irvine, ca I printed a reciept for my record, which showes correct dollar amount of 64.7, but next day diffent amount charge me for $126. I went to the station they correct the amount but no explanation was given. It is a intentional fraud apparently!

Sept 3 2012 I used my visa card to fill up at Chevron in Santa Barbara. The pump said if receipt didn't print, must go inside. Was in a hurry and naturally the receipt didn't print. The amount should have been $40.20, but $126 (interestingly the same amount) was put through my Visa. Called Visa and they said I have to send in a dispute report, but with no receipt, I have little hope of getting any assistance. Suggested to Visa that they might follow up with the station involved, but again, with no receipt, I don't expect much.
