Refusal to honor warranty

All four of my lift plates broke on my 2006 Jeep Liberty (broken lift plates means your windows drop down and the only way to keep them up until you can repair the lift plates is to duct tape the window in place!). The lift plates broke between 2009-2011. I had them all repaired at my own cost (just over $700). I complained to Chrysler saying they had defective lift plates (have a look at the forums...common problem).

Got a letter from Chrysler stating that they put together an extended warranty to cover these faulty lift plates and that repairs would be reimbursed for vehicles that were within the 7 year in service date with no mileage limit (my vehicle meets these requirements). I submitted all my receipts for the repairs. They sent me an email saying they would not be reimbursing me any of the costs with no explanation as to why despite my repeated requests for specific details as to why my repairs didn't qualify. I have been ignored.

Chrysler communicates with owners via letter so that there is a document trail. I have doubts that an official of Chrysler would be emailing this vehicle owner rather than submitting a letter. If receipts are unable to validate the vehicle identification, then no reimbursement would be approved.

I submitted all my claims and they refused to refund my extended warranty that I never used, claiming it had claims due to there faulty lift plates. That they are suppose to cover. They are a group of thieves.Never buy a Jeep, never buy an extended plan.
