Company Charges $125 flat labor charge for service calls. I called the company b/c my AC was not working. Technicians found a bad capacitor. (good) Replaced it with one of the capacitors that they had in their truck, which was the wrong size (bad) Charged me 223 dollars for the capacitor. I questioned the technician about the price of the part. He replied that "thats how much they cost". I took the bait. I couple of days later i opened up my unit. copied the part number down of the part they replaced and googled it. Four sites advertised the same part from anywher between $16 and $52. I emailed the company to see if there had been an error in the price of the part they replaced. I got no response from them so I assume from there, they don't want to deal with me anymore and that they are in the business of marking up their prices over 1000% to customers. I also asked the tech when they told me the bad part was a capacitor how much it was going to cost to fix it, and he told me that it would cost just over $200. Not the same price that was on the invoice. That was $363.36. I'll never forget that. I feel abused which is why i'm posting this to save anyone contemplating calling this company to think twice. Stay clear of this company - I do not recommend anyone use them for business.
