I went into the Beckett Ridge store three times giving them a copy of the cancellation and my statement showing the charge. The first month i was told that the manager would take care of it and it would stop. But of course I heard nothing and was charged again the next month. I went into the store again-gave them copies again and nothing happend. Finally in September the clerk called the district manager, Jessie, and I was told they would research it and send me a check. I heard nothing for a week, called the district office and left a message that I needed to hear something. I did get a call back and got a check for two months refund, but now Cincinnati Tan Company has charged my November statement. I've tried for two days to call the district office and cannot get through their phone menu. Tonight after hours, I could leave a message. If I do not hear anything tomorrow, I will be in the Beckett Ridge store again tomorrow night.

I am so frustrated with Cincinnati Tan Company, I would caution everyone not to join and have EFT withdrawals made. It's a vicious circle trying to get them stopped. I've been in the store now four times and made phone calls with no results. I'm very upset and feel they owe me for four more months of refunds.
