classmates.com memorylane Automatically charged my VISA account without my permission. Internet

Without my consent I have been charged $39.00 to my VISA card account by Classmates.com
I was never contacted as to this being charged to my VISA account and was only made aware of it when I saw the charges on my account record. I would like to know how to get my money back because I did not approve of the charge being made to my VISA account.
Also, I am not satified with the services that Classmates.com (aka Memorylane) provides and do not want to use their services.

I just looked them up because i also looked at my account today and they had done the same thing to me!
They took $39.00 from an account that had less then $100 in it at the time and that was my grocery money and i am furious. If i went to a bank and took $39.00 from someone i would definitely suffer a consequence and nothing seems to happen about this kind of activity that happens all day long to people. They did not receive any permission to debit my account for anything nor they send any type of notification. This was done yesterday and there are no emails to speak of, it was just out of the blue. Noone should just be able to do this and stay in business on the internet with these types of business practices. I had 1 membership over 2 years ago and it was $7.95. Two years later they charge my account again for $39.00 which is a new upgraded membership trying a card used almost three years ago that it might still be good and it was. SHAME ON THEM and may their business suffer greatly for such business practices! I have reported this to my Credit Union and denied the charge and i filled out a form stating they did not have authorization to do this and then the credit union will check it out and refund my money! I really wish the government would get on type of Cyberspace Crime as it is already out of control as we continue to aquire new technology.
