Coastal Marine Gangways James Tatler, Took money and delivered nothing Gilbert, Arizona

I gave this company several thousand dollars to build a hard top for my boat. They took my money and delivered nothing but a run a round, and verbal abuse when I asked for my deposit back, after 1 year of waiting for my product. I took them to small claims court, but they didn't show up. They have nothing in their name to attach, very little equipment in their shop to go after. There are a number of us in Ct. that took this company to court for the same problem, and got nowhere. The company name has been changed 3 times, from Arc Tek Marine, to Bluewater Tops, to Coastal Marine Gangways. They moved from Clinton, Ct. to Gilbert Arizona, and now have a place back in Westbrook Ct. The owners are James Tatler, and his nephew Justin Jeffers. These guys are real good at taking your hard earned cash, and getting away with it. They were arrested in Ct. for this same scam, but I'm not sure if the courts were able to get anywhere with a conviction. Do not send these people any money. Do some internet research on these company names, and individual names. Don't make the same mistake I did. Check the small claims web site in CT. and Thehulltruth.com web site.
