The manager made promises of how quickly they could finish the job, but took twice the time estimated. He said they would make everything as good of better, but I was not satisfied on what they did on my electrical and other finishing touches. I told them how several personal items disappeared (i.e. quality chain saw, shotgun, etc.).

Co-cat also scammed my business. The salesman who processed my claim told me that the insurance would cover everything and that they would clear that with my insurance company before they went forward with any work. Some of the equipment they took back to their warehouse to clean came back damaged and still smelling like fire. They crew that did the clean up spoke no English, except for one guy that was released from jail to work for the day. They screwed me royally. I also live in Denver. These guys are crooks!
