Comcast excessively billing, horrible customer service, customer is NOT right Sandy, Utah

Comcast is overcharging and under serving their customers. I know someone that works for them and in their bathrooms it says "get them to pay most of their bill and you may receive a bonus" They have no QA system for their customer service so their customer service is horrendous!! They have door to door reps that offer promotions that Comcast knows about but doesn't acknowledge. Over all a horrible service. Please do not sign on with comcast!!
