Commercial Maintenance Corp Scam: shipped us unwanted product. Lied about who ordered it. Then billed us. Farmingdale, New York

The other day, out of the blue, we receied a bucket f lift station degreser. A couple of days laer w got a bil or it in the amount of $11.16. When we called to question thisthey said it was ordered by Mr. So and So on Augus 12, 2011. When we informed that that the Mr. So and So t whom the referred has not workehere for over 5 months they quickly took our contact information wit promises to look into it and get back with us. Of course we have not heard from them yet.

2 days ago we receive a call wanting info about our pool. They tried to sell us something and our maintenance tech explained he couldn't approve any orders. I am the manager so I called the number back asking what they needed, Brian replied nothing that the maintenance tech had just order a part for the business for $199.00 plus shipping and handling. I tried to explain he didn't have the authority to purchase and that we had an actual wittness that he told the sales person that and Brian replied sorry about your luck the order has been processed and would be shipped and if we didn't pay for it we would be sued. I have tried to call back but they won't let me talk to management or give me a number. They have yelled at me and told me they would see me in court... beware all they give is a 888-286-2056 or 888-286-2050. If you try to call with your number blocked they don't answer. Beware...
