I responded to an offer to purchase a custom made, limited run item which, according to the offer, would "begin shipping 10/10/11". Payment was made and accepted 9/27/11. By end of October, no item was received. Upon inquirey, was told that my item would ship "soon" and I would receive it by 2nd week November. No where in the initial offering was it stated that while 10/10 might be a "begin shipping date", that items might not ship for more than a month after that. The offer was made well in advance of the begin shipping date. Items should have been available shortly thereafter. 3rd week of November comes and no item. That inquirey was met with a statement that my item had shipped and I would "have it shortly". Second week of December comes and the company will no longer respond to any email inquirey or request for refund. Item was in excess of $50.

Same thing is happening to me. Purchased 2 items in October and after sending dozens of emails they do not reply and lie regarding giving me a refund which never happens. 6 months later still nothing. Do not buy from them and just google compare the dalek and you'll find many cases like these. AVOID!!!
