This company seemed legitimate at the time when they call you in for an interview. They'll tell you to fill out the application only because they'll take any bum off the streets, which does not help a persons self esteem at all. No such thing as a second interview. They make up false statements like, "most of our sales people make between $40k-$65k on average and the sales are easy." This is completely false because they used the embellish method to bring up emotions for new employees without having a clear show and prove result. The company is a call center that sells products for the home like adt, dish, att, verizon fios products. They also do not care about what their sales people say to residential customers, some sales people were signing up people with a false quote and when the customer gets a bill a month or so later it is already too late to cancel without being slapped with a cancelation fee. This is wrong in so many levels. The owner does not care either, he just pushes the limits, asks for advice of the seasoned sales guys he brings in, and cuts them loose without any indication or notice as to why. He speaks calmly, but suggests his sales staff to cater to the customers, but not let them know about the truth in switching to another provider. He gives advice and is an advocate that should take his own advice. This is a person that sells stuff to people over the phone and is on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" himself. He mentions not understanding why people hang up on solicitations, but does it himself. That is real smart of him for sure. The HR person talks belligerantly about the "At-Will" clause that they must emphasize on.... They say they can let anyone go without cause anytime; however, expect notice from anyone doing anything even to pick a nose. When you work for this company, regardless of how well you are doing, they'll let you go when they get the data they need from you. They are still testing the market and need YOUR input to sustain their business.
