Applied for employment with Core Carrier Corporation but denied employment because the Recruiting Manager and the President say: 'if you are too lazy to get a job in the past three years we don't want you here' and ' if you cannot prove you were not laying around on the couch the past three years we cannot hire you'. An investigation by the Kansas Human Rights Commission is being opened regarding Core Carrier Corporation, Carol Wood; Recruiting Manager.

383.35 Federal Motor Carrier
Notification of Previous employment.
Any person applying for employment as an operator of a commercial motor vehicle shall provide at the time of application for employment, the information specified in paragraph (c) of this section. Which is: The following employment history information for the 10 years preceding the date the application is submitted shall be presented to the prospective employer by the applicant.

All carriers are to abide by the above 383.35
