I Isidro O. from Covina here by state that CPAC Non profit Law clinic was succsessful in completing a Trustee Sale - REO reversal lender lawsuit I contracted them for when Bank of America foreclosed on my home after almost 2 years of me trying to get them to help me voluntarily. The Staff of CPAC never promised me any results only stated what they would try to accomplish for me. After the Trustee Sale Auction of my home I was offered Money to move out of my home by Bank of America's Real Estate Agent and the eviction was the next step since i was no longer the owner of my home. CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic was succsessful in reverting my home back into my name and Bank of America is just now finally willing to help me. I know there is alot of concern and caution about companies saying they will help but not really ever doing any thing, take it from a person who got a already foreclosed home back into his name that anyone who needs help should trust CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic if they really want to keep their home. I almost cancelled my transaction with them because of the bad report I saw on here after I originally contracted them. I am now very glad I trusted in God's will because they some how reversed the Trustee Sale and i went from being foreclosed on and on my way to being evicted to being the owner of my home again and now Bank of America is willing to give me the Loan Modification they originally turned me down for. I want to share this with all the people out there that may have been decieved by other companies like i was, i was decived by Bank of America, then I was decived by companies that took my money for a loan modification help and never actually got what was promissed, even a Attorney who charged me for loan modification. Dont be decived by one or two bad remarks when this company has so many good reports including mine. My aunt was directed to Consumer Protecion Assistance Coalition (CPAC) Non Profit Law Clinic back in Feb after her bank who i belive was Bank of America turned her down for loan modification. First they helped her for free and assisted her with working with the her lenders (pretty sure it was Bank of America )loan modification department. She finally got a Obahma HAMP modification... and CPAC charged nothing. My Aunt was willing and wanted to file a Lender Lawsuit agaisnt her Bank of America because of all the Lender Fraud and abuse but CPAC recommended she try a much less expensive way to get what my Aunt wanted; imagine that a Attorney advising you to spend less money?
She took their advice and recieved a $115, 000 principal reduction and a modified low permanent interset rate. |
