Credit Guard

I signed up with Credit Guard through their Rep, Ross Aldrige and he was very polite and was able to pull up all of my credit reports. He told me that there were two old bankruptcy accounts and a repo that was on my file. Although the bureaus did not give him a fico score, he said that he thought that the scores were around 500. It turns out that the scores were 475 because I had just been turned down for a home loan and that is what the bank told me. I was told that there were no guarantees about having the negatives removed from my files but he had seen them removed before. I signed up for the service in November of 2011 and just received my new credit reports back and everything had been removed except for a old medical collection. I went back to my bank and they told me that my fico score was now 720 and I could get my home loan. I want that other medical collection removed and I think that I got ripped off. I spoke with the customer service department and they are suppose to be helping with that one final item.
