Cyberhubonline.com is an online company providing article
writing services to people mainly engaged in article marketing. They offered a
promotion during March – May 2010 timeframe during when I ordered some articles
from them. However, 14 of my orders totalling $337.2 were never done since I
placed the order during that time. For the first 2-3 months, I never even asked for any update
and when I emailed them for status, they started giving me a run around not
telling me exactly when the articles would be done. Then after a while,
responses from them regarding my status update requests were getting no
response. I have sent various emails requesting an update but
absolutely no response from them. I also gave them option of refunding my money
if they were not able to complete the order but still didn’t get any reply from
them. I even told them that I would file paypal dispute if my emails were not
replied to but that didn’t help either. Being hopeless and finding no other solution, I filed 14
different disputes with paypal for all 14 of my orders but paypal would not
refund my money or even investigate this as these are “SERVICE” related
transactions and paypal would not do anything for service transactions. Which means if anyone pays via paypal for some online
services (article writing service in this case) and if the seller or service
provider decides not to provide the service and keep the money, they can
actually keep the money and paypal would not do a thing. I have searched various different webmaster forums and see
there are lots of other people that were ripped off by cyberhubonline aka
cyberhub who have voiced their concerns on those webmaster communities. I’m a member of popular webmaster forums digitalpoint and
warriorforum where I see people are voicing the same scam where they paid for
the articles and in some cases hundreds of dollars worth of articles which were

enter my order number and get the current status. I just tracked all the orders
now and this is what I get from the automated status update: Here is an update of your recent order. Order Date:2010-04-02 22:05:55 Receipt Number:CH08893 ORDER PROGRESS Status:Project Assigning - Appointing the best writers in
your niche. Same status since last year for all orders meaning the
articles were never assigned or completed. I have such status update emails
form all 14 of my orders where it shows they were never done and I would be
willing to forward them to any consumer advocate agency or ripoff report staff
on request. |
