| Danny Wall was recently evicted from his home on Ravenel in Colo Springs (over the winter). I evicted him from Flax Court. He was also evicted from 8930 April Dr in Colo Springs. Lori Jake was his last land lord 719-648-5223. He still owes me money too. I filed with a collection agency, "Community Management" 719-471-0720. No luck. He's been arrested in El Paso County (Colo Springs), so there is record of him here. They may have more info on him. Same guy, same kids, no doubt about it. Wish I knew is current address... |

Next comment about my integrity, that has nothing to do with that at all. It has to do with making good sense judgements. If I was going to give money to someone, anyone I would have this guys background checked so thuroughly, I would ask for his companies credit report and get info from every source available.
If you did not do that, then YES it is partly your fault, If you were "Scammed" I do not agree with it, and would be disgusted by it if it were true. But if you didnt do your homework and lost your money, then you as well would have to feel partially responsible.

| I was told by the Colorado authorities in order for him to be arrested I had to physically come into his county and state and file a report at the police station. I probably should have done that but felt that it was a way for him to get more of my money by buying a plane ticket (I am from another state as you may have surmised), renting a hotel, and car, so that is why he is not in jail for the interim. I chose to contact the federal authoriities and wait. |

OK I took your challenge.
I called mr Mathew Elkan at this number 202-418-5000 and spoke to him personally. I said Mr Elkan I am Jason Wall the brother of Danny Wall is there any case filled about my brother. His answer was "NO".
He also told me if there was a case filed it would be a matter of public record, and would be open to view, so please show me this public record! You cannot because it doesnt exist.
I would love to hear your responses now that I have done what was asked of me and once again your claims were unsubstantiated! I have also left Mr. Elkan with my direct home phone number as well just for his information.
I am awaiting your responses to this issue!!!

@ Vincam I took your challenge and I called Mr. Elkan (Called the office number in D.C.) and asked if there were any cases open about my brother Danny Wall, He said NO!!! Second he said if there were it would be a matter of public record. So please show me where that is.
Also why when I did exactly what you said nothing came from it? So in essence everything you have written for me is now void until you show me the proof. Give me a link to where his case is of public record, becuase if there was one it would be there. So I played your game and you lost. WHAT NOW????

Well now the ball is in your court since I proved you wrong, in what you told me to do, now why dont you prove to me that my brother did this. If you cannot do this much more effective than your own plan worked, I suggest you stop posting.
I would also be more than happy to take a picture of the number I called from my work phone and the time I talked to him if need be ( 203 418 5000) is the number I called. I spoke to him for 5 min and 28 seconds. today at 3pm my time (D.C is I think 6 hours earlier than my location).
Well Vitcam any other bright ideas, you now have to prove to me what you said is right. I tried your game now play mine. Prove it to me. Let me know please how you could do this.

| I too have a claim against Danny and Heidi Wall. I evicted them from my rental home and filed with the same collection agency mentioned above. $4000. Her parents are from CA, think San Diego. Kids went to Rampart HS in COS. Same story with SEO's and internet cons. He's a smart guy. He's a thief. Good luck to anyone who can bring him down. |
