Dealextreme shipped defective item. I returned the Item returned with RMA and sent a Proof of shipping sent. Dealextreme stops responding to my several e-mails and never shipped back my item. Dealextreme is a scam. They do ship some merchandise, mostly of very poor quality, but they will not honor any of there returned policy.

This was NOT the case with my items.
I ordered about 30-40 orders for the past 6 months, awesome prices, great service whenever need - items not working, items defective.

Also returned an item and they even covered shipping back and fourth!

I agree. They are crooks. I bought an android tablet which wouldn't charge up. After going through the proper process to report the fault the only response was 'did you check blog?' My repeated e-mails have not been replied to. They will not honour the advertised guarantee.

I ordered a media player usd 39++ once 02 Aug 2011.
Till today no news at all. Emails sent and no reply!!!

I ordered a camera lens filter, paid with my debit card ($10.37), on 9/11/11 and haven't received my item. I wrote to customer service several times for a refund. She keeps telling me to wait longer while they track the pkg and refuses to refund my money.
