I signed up with a Debt Settlemnet company called Debr Pro 123. I paid them $17076 dollars to settle four Chase Visa Credit Card Accounts of mine. I had to borrow some money and pay two of the chase accounts off myself because i knew that Debt Pr wouldn't pay it by the deadline or at all. They only made one payment of four on one of my Chase accounts and they only made two payments of four on another chase visa account. All the payments were made late. This cause me to be disqualified for getting the cards settled at the discounted rate that Debt Pro and myself negotiated with chase's resolutions department. I complained to http://www.myfloridalegal.com. The settlements department manager at Debt pro123 "Brian Taylor" answered back to Mister Ferandez at myfloridalegal saying that i complained without merit or cause. He claimed that dept pro 123 distributed all the funds to my creditors. He stated that my file with Debt Pro had been terminated since July 2011. He said how my account had been locked down for security measures under the privacy act and safe guard rule. Mister Brian Taylor is not stating the truth about paying off my credtors. To this day he has about $7500 of my money that he was suppose to send to the two chase accounts.(originally send to four chase accounts) This action was never done. I had to pay the third Chase Credit card Account off myself by making two payments of $481 dollars on it. Debt Pro settlements department only made two payments of four payments of $481 dollars on this chase account. They only made one payment of four of $2153 on another case account.There was $6459 dollars outstanding of this chase account because Debt pro never made the other three payments of $2153 like they were suppose to. Do to this fact i still owe chase credit cards $6500 dollars and i don't have the money to pay it. Brian Taylor hasn't been responding to my emails that i sent to him regarding my inquiry about his settlements department- not sending in the payments to chase resolutions department . After the november 15th deadline that is approaching in a few days, the credit card is going to go back in renegotiations again(meaning it will go back to it's originally owed amount of $15000 dollars on the account.) Because of Debt Pro's negligence in the past, these two accounts went back into renegotiation again several times. I had to renegotiate them with chase's resolutions department again at least a couple times since. Even now,this remaining account is going back and renegotiations again because Debt Pro isn't making the payments. This is obviously a scam. I am telling everyone not to do business with this company or any other debt settlement company. A person who worked for a recovery company told me that 95% of debt settlement companies are fraudulent. So i advise all you people not to do business with them. I am bring this company and this matter to everyones attention do to my own experience. PEOPLE BEWARE -DEBT PRO 123 DO NOT DEAL WITH-IT IS A SC*M
