DigiExpress is not to be trusted with repairs of Ipods. They simple do not have the technical ability or change the costs to represent an average of $150.00 or more for a repair. (Many other complaints confirm this) My second gen. Ipod was working but the battery would not last. I would constantly have to recharge it, but it worked fine. I sent it to DigiExpress with the understanding that I would pay $44.99 for a new battery. I was notified after calling them and several emails that I needed an addition new main board that would cost $150.00. This process took 3 ½ weeks and it would be over a month to get back my repaired Ipod. I notified them not to do any repairs on the unit and now I cannot get an answer as to a final price they will be charging me. They will not reply by phone nor email to my request. The replacement cost for a new 4th gen Ipod $210.00 Why would anyone pay $150.00 for a repair? What a repoff!
