I bought two "Family Ties" tickets from Direct Airlines seven months ago. You do not need to list names or dates when purchasing the tickets. Unfortunately, their flights are all sold out, and customer services will not help or even answer their phones. Online booking has said for the last six months that all flights are sold out and customer services will not refund money or give extensions. They have over sold their flights and those of us that are left without seats are out hundreds of dollars.
Direct Air will not return emails or phone calls about this problem. Do not travel with Direct Air. It is an absolute ripoff.

One friend of ours Bought 4 of these family ties and never got to use one. All the same response as above. We purchased 2 flights and could never get through to use them before expiring. Our friend is out over $600.00 and we are out $350.00. With no compensation, refund or response from DIRECT AIR at all?????????????
NOW TO ME THAT IS JUST OUT RIGHT STEALING. (We worked hard for that money)
