Direct TV is a complete scam. They don't tell you about a truck load of hidden fees. Advertised prices don't actually exist. They ask for a debit card to activate your service, but they're actually getting access toyour bank account so they can debit the first couple of months, because theyknow when you get the first bill, you'll shut off the service.

Do not order Direct TV unless you want ripped off.
They actually don't have any service that costs $35.99 or 39.99.

Users beware of DirectTV
We have just had a very negative experience with Direct TV, promised one price and deal on the phone, when the bill came it was a different story! When we complained were told that they had no record of such a deal having been offered. Now trapped in a two year contract, if we quit we will be charged 400 dollars for the 'return of equipment', if I understand this correctly!
Once the two years are up, we will NEVER buy Direct TV again!
Thank you for this post, I am 4 years out of a relationship that was as close to perfect as I ever expected for my life. I have found myself dealing with the ashes of my relationship and finally after a couple years have moved to a new life.on behalf of masterj[email protected] he have worked very hard on not looking back and having that interfere with the future that I wish to create for myself. But I have not been able to “stop” loving my ex. I really have struggled to find a open unfilled fertile ground for finding love elsewhere. In the past I would have simply never seen her again and freed myself of constant reminders, but we have a child together and its not an option.
