This website advertised 20% off all handbags. When I received my handbags I was unhappy with them and tried to call them. Then I emailed them at .They did not response, until I e-mailed them again and threatened to report them, pointing out that it is illegal to consistently advertise items on sale when they are in fact never off sale. They responded saying that they would refund 50% of the amount to my bank after 5 days. I have not received my refund. AFter contacting them again they promised my refund in 96 hours, but I still have not received it. Do not buy from them! Bad customer service. Ripoff

I received the $250.00 channel bag and it is so disgusting. Totally fake. I can buy it for $20.00 at a flea market. Discountluxs advertises discount authentic bags made from left over materials from the original materials that is the reason I purchased one and for the price of 250.00 I thought it is for real. The quality and trimmings are very obviously fake. How can we report this so they stop this scam. They are not answering calls and not replying with emails sent.

I ordered the Chanel bag 3 days ago and had canceled it right after I made the order. I tried to call them but no answer. In the e-mail they ask if I wanted to exchange for another item. I said no, I want to cancel the order. I ask for confirmation if my order is cancel and they never responded back.How can we get our money back and how can we track these people from scamming others? I hope they don't get away with this.
