I ordered mugs to have for prizes at my annual run in memory of my son in plenty of time to allow to have them 2 weeks before my event. Discount Mugs personel told me repeatedly that they had shipped the mugs. Every day I would call and insist that I needed a tracking number and every day I was passed from personn to person and told that my mugs had shipped. Finally after about a week of being lied to over and over again I was able to determine that the 3 boxes of mugs had in fact never been shipped. It was now only a few days until race day and the only solution offered was to pay 200 dollars to overnight the mugs. The crooks stole 200 dollars from me. To add insult to injury they made NO attempt to resolve the problem even though they acknowledged they were completely at fault.
