| I had a deal on living social , i bought in october, I made the appointment ( the one time they answered the phone.) I tried to call and confirm the time for two weeks after that and they would not answer the phone. I got living social involved. they finally answered on Oct 31st and confirmed they would be there at 6 pm on November the 4th. they said they had "system" problems and that is why they didn't answer , phone , email. etc. Novemenber 4th ( my 14 year olds birthday party) they did not show up, answer any calls etc. living social attempted to help me contact them and to this day they have not answered the phone or email messages. |

| I also had a deal on Living Social, but for a 1.5 hour tour of downtown Christmas lights. Well, I called and called and called and mysteriously enough no one ever returned my phone calls or answered the phone. I had to get living social involved and when they tried contacting Drake's Limousine their mailbox was full and no one answered their calls either. I had my money refunded by living social but it just upsets me that they decide to release a deal and then not honor it. Complete waste of time, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! |

26 AUG 2011, me and my then fiancé contacted Drake limo service in order to schedule service for 10 December 2011 (our wedding day). Drake was running a sale that we found on groupon and the deal had just ended. The rep that we talked to said that they would give us the deal anyway but we had to pay for it in full before the date of the wedding. We paid for the service to secure our date and time slot. We were charged the proper amount on 27 AUG 11. A couple of week before the wedding we tried to contact Drake to confirm date and time of pick up and ensure there would be no issues on the wedding day. When we called the automated system forwarded our calls but constantly said that no one was available. While researching online we found little indication that Drake was pulling scam, but decided to book another limo just to be safe. On the wedding day Drake did not show up, thankfully we had another limo to save the day. I have begun the process to recoup our money from this company for services not rendered, but do not want others to be caught in the same predicament as us.
At best Drake limo service is a highly unprofessional business that does not answer phones, sends invoices, or show up when they are supposed to show up, at worse this is a scam that will continue to get individuals who are looking for limo service. Do not use this service at all. |

On 12/2/11, I purchased the Drake Limousine Service: B. $59 for 1.5 Hour Holiday Light Bus Tour for Four People with Hot Chocolate and Apple Cider ($150.00). I have called to schedule a reservation and left numerous voicemails (I have left over a ½ dozen messages on Drake Limousine's voicemail, starting 12/2/11- the date I purchased the offer on Living Social) at Drake Limousines’ telephone # (405-759-4599) and have yet to hear back from anybody at Drake Limousine.
Drake Limousine is obviously unable to meet their commitment to provide the services they agreed to with Living Social and by extension to the customers that purchased their services relying on Living Social’s good name and reputation. |

| 24 Dec 2011, I had a confirmed reservation for a two hour limo ride with Drake Limousine Services. My husband had just flown in for his 2 weeks of leave from Afghanistan and all the family was coming in from all over the United States. We were all excited about the ride. Unfortunately, they failed to show up. It is so disappointing that a company could just not show up. If they were overbooked a courtesy phone call would have eliminated all the chaos. They should change their logo from "Guaranteed service and integrity" to lack there of. I will email KFOR In Your Corner to see if they can investigate and see why this compmany feel that it is okay to do this to customers!! |
