This Bangalore based company is a real con-artist organisation. These guys also had offices in Santa Clara, New York, London, Delhi and Mumbai and they must be avoided at all costs.
I was unfortunate enough to work for these scammers fora year and it was a disaster. These guys have failed to pay my salary in full for the last six months. I tried to contact their managing director, John Prince, but this guy is simply impossible to reach since he's based in USA (New York office). The person that is responsible in India is Sachin Nagarajappa and this guy is totally useless. He is simply a muppet in the hands of John Prince, who, as I already wrote above, is impossible to contact. That's it, these two people is the only management this company has. There is no human resources department. I heard that their offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore have been shut down due to inability to pay all the bills. This company is sinking because of the management and must be avoided.
Not only the potential employees must avoid this company. I would advise the customers that are planning to use DreamFire Interactive Solutions's services to think twice and do their homework. Their service is really poor (no wonder since they haven't been paying their employees for six months). These guys are overcharging their customers as well - this is also because of the poor financial state of the company. The staff also fails to deliver adequate results since most of them aren't paid anymore.
And do not ever contact these guys for outsourcing - you will regret it for the rest of your life.

BEWARE OF DREAMFIRE INTERACTIVE! I can not express the anger that I am feeling after our company ever decided to deal with them!
We paid good money for the services of this business. We contacted them at the beginning of April and agreed on how everything's going to work. First they said that we must make an up front payment, otherwise they are not going to start the project. Alright, so we wired the money to their account. We have been calling them the first three weeks asking questions about how it's going, and what are the results, and when can we expect our project. We've been told that everything is under control and that we shouldn't be worried.
Once again – DREAMFIRE INTERACTIVE ARE LIARS! We found out that we are not going to receive anything from these scams when we read the reviews about them on the internet and then when we tried calling them – no one was picking up, meaning it was a scam all along.
Don't ever trust these frauds! No matter where their office is located – they all run the same scam business under the instructions of John Prince! |

100% true!! This is the worst company ever which must be shut down!
They already cheated many innocent people - company seems to be reliable, but actually it is just a mask and inside it is just a bunch of cheaters and liars. I used to work for them and it was a complete waste of time which I've spend for them. I never got paid as it was promised, I always had to ask for my salary hundred times and it was smaller, than promised, but at least I've got something. Attitude to employees was absolutely horrible - managers treat people like junk, always force them to work extra hours but don't want to pay. Rude service, no respect at all. After I stopped to work for them I had to wait more than three months for my final payment and each time I tried to contact them I was ignored.
This is the worst place to work and must be avoided. Many people suffered from this company, don't allow them do the same to you! |

I also had problems with DreamFire Interactive. After paying all the money upfront, we received the services only three months later. This company doesn’t know what deadline means. It was the first red flag that we didn’t pay attention to.
After that we understood that the services was provided on a very low level and it was unacceptable. We tried to get back our money and nothing was done from their side. When we told that we can’t accept this service, DreamFire Interactive stopped communicating in the ordinary way.
I called almost every day and every time there was automated answer machine. My emails came through but were not read by the receiver. After about month of trying to get normal response, I sent last letter with warning. I told them that I would inform police and other instance about the kind of business they provide or couldn’t provide. Only after that mail, DreamFire Interactive started contacting me regarding money refund. However, after one more month we didn’t get a refund so far. |
