I ordered a dress from this company and paid $180. They sent the wrong dress. Acknowledged it was their error. Offered $30 as a refund. The quality of the dress was awful. When I complained about the service they said they would consider giving me a credit on my next purchase - you must be kidding - why would I order from these people again !!!
Please do not get ripped off too ! Do not buy from this website.

This company is a total scam. they sent me a dress that looks like a five year old child made it.
the seams are all wrong. The company refuses to issue me a refund for the dress and isn’t giving me my money back 181.44 they offered me a 50$ refund for my dress .., Are you serious???

I’ve asked them for an address where i can send the dress back but they refuse to provide that also.
I’ve contacted PayPal and they are currently investigating this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSALE ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I suggest you to ask for a refund insistly, you should negociate them and mail to them. After all, as a company, they must pay attention to their reputation.
