| yes i am letting the word know that drive auto group is a scam every car on their lot needs a transmission and they give u warranty and never fix the car I brought my car in February of this year and the car has been in the shop every month since I brought it they take ur money and treat you very badly and their are some nasty employees that work their non of them offer u help their favorite line is their is nothing I can do to help you but i am the customer and Boone can help me they have something called a black box attached to your car and if they get mad at you at anytime they turn ur car on and off so that you can not use the car at all it is just sitting there and you have to go to work u can be a day late and they will shut ur car off because of their personal differences they are a crooked company and they need to be investigated all their customers are not satisfied and they don't care they take ur car do something to it so it can look like it is fixed and weeks go by the car breaking down again I am so stressed out it is interfering in my personal life and I cry all night long I am so upset their customers need justice and they need to be stopped |

| yeah i heard the same thing about them they do have boack boxes in there cars my friend took a trip too newyork for the weekend and they shut her car off she was stuck there for the weekend! they suck! |

| yea i agree the worst dealer possible so incompetent, bought the car there changed my bank and went to the dealer to give them voided check for auto pay, dealer calls me back they cant take a check got to call autoflow financing to change the account number so i did the same day i was told to sent them a fax with the voided check, and i did ...few days later still no answer so i called them to find out if everything is ok, they said they didnt get any fax from me which is bullshit, so i did it again the same day and once again no answer from them so i did call again if everything was ok ...yes yes we all set they said (they got at least 6 people in that messy office) so i was all set but...few days later lady calls me saying she cant read the numbers on my check i need to do it again or give her account number over the phone and i did was i all set? off course not all that time i was late with a payment cause they still tried to charge my old bank, so they call me again that i was late with a payment which returned insufficient from my old bank and i did pay that one over the phone plus additional charge 10$ was i all set? off course not few days later they sent me a note about shutting off the car cause i am not paying them i did call them but like always nobody is there to answer and left a nasty massage something about them being idiots and running their business from a basement, few weeks later i try to start the car up(driving the second car ) ..it wont its shut off!!! checked my account and they are taking money every week from it, i am pissed big time called my lawyer and called them but nobody is there to answer it like always what a nightmare, i wonder if i can call the deal off and get my money back since they did it, by the way car sucks there is always something wrong with it ac dont work, fuel meter broke they had a right mirror glued to the frame so it fell of on me and just before they shut off my car fan died ... NIGHTMARE stay away from them and wish me luck |

| This company and its ignorant employees(drive auto group included) are the worst thing that's ever happen to me. It's sad when you try to be strictly on a business level with a business that's suppose to garauntee a good service and they're strictly unprofessional at every turn. Upon receiving my first vehicle from them, it immediately had issues, to which I addressed to no avail. I was told that if the engine didn't directly cause the issue then...this is the explanation the rude ass secretary(who doesn't fix cars, or do any maintainence) gave me. Upon bringing my car to their trusted auto professionals in Vernon I sat and waited for 3hrs for them to tell me that my coolant cap had a crack..wow..how did you miss that during your thorough inspection? Furthermore, this isn't caused directly by the engine..so guess who has to pay for that two days after they bought the car. After this incident & after meeting some other customers that were all unhappy. Not one person I have met who has purchased a vehicle from them is happy at all. They sold a car to one woman with the steering wheel not bolted in??? When she figured it out & asked them to fix it, they tried to charge her out the ass & when she refused they said she's a murderer for driving the car?!?? Professionalism at its best!!! I'm not done at all. Drive auto group preys on those people with credit issues and uses it to their own seething benefit. I needed a car, I couldn't get approved any where else & I wanted to abstain credit upon completion of my loan. Why is it that they provide the most damaging service to my credit then? Sadly my car was totaled & it hopes of still maintaining some type of credit I chose to get another car through them. BIG MISTAKE. EVEN WITH CARFAX, CAREFUL ANALYSIS, KELLY BLUE BOOK VALUES AND LOWER MILES. I still have a car with the check engine light on, constant blown fuses & I'm knee deep in an upside down loan. No one will trade in the car!! No one!! Not even auto flow will take it back! I canceled them from all my accts, took the plate off the car for 2months...no one came haha! I have to laugh at the fact that they're over charging me, yet they cut the car off when they fail to correctly withdraw money from my credit card. How can you fail to withdraw money? How can you write acct# down wrong, or not even answer the phone for that matter. I've had conversations with other buy here dealers who have assured me that this company is fraudulent in everyday, that's why they blk box the cars. I'm so fed up with this company I had to let others know, don't make the same mistakes. Sometimes even with good sense and research you'll still get shitted on. But that's not to say that they've won... |
