eagle carports Not A Liable Company cana, Virginia

I ordered a Carport from these people I was told within two weeks they would come and install it. 3 weeks went by I called the corperate office talked to a lady that handles the Texas area she said they will contact me first part of next week which made 4 weeks. Monday did'nt hear anything Tuesday did'nt hear nothing.Wednesday I called talk to Sarah and she said let me look for your contract.She find my Contract reads over it and says I don't know why this was not turned in yet she said let me call the crew in lufkin and see when they can do it.She called me back said they will be there Saturday morning.I asked her what time saturday she said they will call they should be there by 10:00 am .I live 4 hours away so I went to my camp 2 days early.Did'nt recieve a phone call friday so I called her back and let her know before they closed that nobody called.she said they will be there by 10:00am.I'm getting tired of waiting so I started packing up at 11:30 I get a phone call from the installer he asked me if it's alright if they come Sunday I told him no I waited long enough it's been 5 weeks ya'll have waisted enough of my time I'm taking my business somewhere else.This company is not a liable company.they don't care about you.
