Whatever you do....................no matter how EASY this seems stay away! Anyo0ne can pay for a webhositing service and post a site, anyone can get a few of their shady friends together and product what may appear to be testimonials, and anyone can run a mock business from a PO Box. Leery, you should be...............your rent will appear to be low, but in 30 days they will increase it so much that before you know it you will be out of your property, which by the way, will most likely be in foreclosure. If you give this rotten Rodney any form of down payment,....watch him a few weeks later roll around town in a newer vehicle, wear a new gold ring, etc . What the citizens of this county and state should do is lobby for this type of business to be illegal in the state. It is in other states and rightly so! Steve and Lynn roll around and tell everyone they are Christians and behave like Satan with their "business deals" If Mr Mitchell wants you to pay with money orders ask him if its because he can get away without paying his TAxes.....their are several former victims who are going to the IRS and asking them to investigate the books of this so called Business Owner. AGain, beware, you need to watch your hard earned money. No matter what, stay away from this Man and his 4 or 5 different names of businesses he scams under. The city of Lakeland should charge him for advertising since he left his crusty van down by Lake Mirror for months. Just a very informed citizen who knows Lynn and Steve are no good and wonder why innocent people get ripped off monthly by these two ......caution check out all the addresses and make sure they are not in foreclosure.
