I am posting this as a warning to anyone who is thinking about funding an account on Battlefield Play4Free. I started playing Battlefield Play4free during closed beta. I have funded my account with over $220.00 and used these credits to purchase several items that were labeled "Lasts forever". Due to a recent game update i no longer have these items available to me.
I was misled by this company to believe these items were permanent. They were clearly labeled "Lasts forever". When i sent a request to the company asking for a refund it was ignored. I am posting here as a warning to other players to avoid this game at all costs, and if you must play i would advise strongly to not purchase battlefunds. The items you buy can and will be taken away, only to be replaced with new items to purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Yes this is true, I spent $40.00 on Battlefield Play4free, and all they told me all of my gear would last forever. Then they did an update, and claimed all my gear was gone, and gave me a single weapons scope as compensation... I am SO PISSED.

Electronic Arts, some other names [EA / Origin / Easy, owns Bioware] same here, no one would awnser there phone lines, and it took the 3 months to reply to 2 different emails and never got a reply on support ticket. I bought 3 {legacy} last forever weapons that they changed to +3 weapons [5 more bullets a clip], and you have to buy a barrel, clip, butt, and sight for them now, they do not do the same dammage they did before the change even with the best things on them. they have stated in forums there will be no refunds, here is a forum link for petitioning of giving back what we bought http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/forum/showthread.php?tid=61882 and they have company in Switzerland that does not apply to US laws CLEARLY A RIP OFF OF OUR MONEY, I will spread the word and NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
