ECMC Took my tax returns San Jose, California

Well I had defaulted on my student loan and they call me every day, they have taken 2 of my last tax returns also. I talked to a indivisual at ECMC and I said let me get this straight I can pay you my 50 dollars a month to try and pay this off but yet by the time the end of the year is up the fees interest, administrative fees, and all the other fees they charge will be accummulating during the time I am paying them and by the end of the year the 50 dollars a month will not even put a dent towards what is owed in fact I will owe more that before and her response was " Ya I know" They will never get another cent out of me if it is the last thing I ever do. I am just going to reinstate my bankrupacy, I have no choice. B**tards a total ripoff

I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble, so am I. Have you ever paid Educational Credit Management Corporation or ECMC by check? I know it may be personal to get a copy of the front and back of your check, yet it is really important information. If you have paid them by check, this information could help everyone affected by them, if you could please give me a copy of the check or the specific information explaining whom you wrote the check out to and who their bank is, this could change things. This is extremely important information to receive as I have factually pertinent information regarding this corporation which could help all of us. If you are interested please re-post a comment and if you have this check explaining exactly who you paid it to, it would be great if we can figure out how to exchange the information. If not, do you know anyone else who paid them by check? It is really important to find out who they are banking with or what banks they use. Do you or anyone else out there know?
