I follow my manufacturer's maintenance schedule for my car very closely. I know what needs to be done and when. On a recent visit to these scum bags they tried to tell me that according to my owner's manual I needed several things changed. They were lying and I knew it. After I left I confirmed they were lying by double checking my manual. Everything they said that had to be changed that day was way off by several years and tens of thousands of kilometers. For example, with 60,000 km on my car they tried to tell me that, according to my owner's manual, my brake fluid should be changed. Most owner's manuals/maintenance schedules say nothing about changing break fluid because it is EXTREMELY RARE that break fluid needs to be changed. These people are crooks!!!
