send chipest item,i returned,they never send my money back

i bought a netbook for my son.next day some one call from eglobal,asking to upgrade the battery life,i am such a stupid,to agreed to do that,when they send me the item it have maximum 10 minutes battery life.you cant do nothing with that.it just a toy.i returned that.nobody call back,nothing.hopefully i lost my money.if i find them phisically,i really beat them up.i request all of electronics buyer"never bought any thing from eglobal electronics.that money you can send red cross. but if you buy anything from eglobal you loose everthing.never ever do it again.

Believe me, you are not alone. I'm sitting here sick. They took my card and simply took money off! Do anyone know how I can ever get my money back??????? Why didn't I see all of this before they got my card number. I have a case pleading for the bank to give my money back, cause it's stealring really. They also aren't registered with BBB
