ELITE MAINTENANCE OWES ME A LOT OF MONEY. THEY GOT PAID FOR A TRASHOUT AND WHAT THEY DID WAS DISGUSTING. ELITE MAINTENANCE WOULD RIDE AROUND IN A YELLOW RIDER TRUCK AND DUMP EXTRA TRASH AT THE TRASH OUT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THEY WANTED $3,000.00 TRASHOUT EVERY TIME. THEN WHEN THEY TOOK THE PHOTOS, THEY WOULD MOVE THE TRASH OUT OF THE WAY AND REPLACE THE TRASH IN THE YELLOW RIDER TRUCK. ELITE OWES ME A LOT OF MONEY - $30,000.00 TO BE EXACT. THEY WERE GETTING PAID FROM THEIR CLIENTS AND ONLY PAID ME A MONEY ORDER OF 725.00. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE ROBBING THE BANKS AND DON'T PAY.

these claims are NOT true. I am David Fiyalko and the owner of elite maintenance inc. These reports have been falsly made by Sam Sesi and now property preservation, because they owe us and many other companys money and we're actively working with the fbi to put a stop to there corrupt business antics. I am more than happy to speak with anyone on the matter as we have nothing to hide.
