Mr. mike or Mohit what ever you want to call your self u lied to me about several things or maby not lie but tricked me and lots of others this is off your sight " We do not guarantee that the item sold will be from Japan or from a specific location In case of such a cancellation 20% restocking fee will be charged from the total amount received & the balance will be refunded" this is all stated in warrany on web in with 20 other loop hole pages of ways around telling the truth. you get engines from local junk yards clean them spend 20 min testing them and say there good engine from japan with APROX! 50k bs! then you have your employees lie to me an tell me your busy or with customer or in meeting when u really just dont back your warranty or make it impossiable to even meet standards of your warranty lol your a joke and all the decete will come back on you in the end! -5 stars for you do not buy from this trickstar he has payed a lawyar lots of money to protect himself from any one ever getting a good deal! and is the worst sales man i have ever herd on the phone rude inturpts every 5 sec. Engine world Emryville CA, sold me a junk engine, it was extremly clean all new gaskets and a timing chain with fresh silecone that sealed the chain cover truned out it was beat with bad gears. Now I am stuck with the Labor cost. I think it is not from Japan but just a high milege engine from a Local Junk Yard or trade in engine.
