After being denied credit on a car loan, I sent for my credit report from all three major agencies. Two were truthful, but not bad enough to be denied I thought. Then we got equifax report and my name was wrong, they had a address in a state I have never lived and a hugh collection for a utility bill in that state. In disputing I was kicked off of the website 3 times and would have to start all over again. The forms cannot be auto filled because of security over personal information. The first 2 times it happened when I clicked for details on the company reporting the negative info. The last time I was giving a statement that it was not me when I was kicked off for inactivity. So after 2 hours I still did not get anywhere, you call and are told to visit the website. I got off work early and lost it messing with them. The website redirects you somewhere you don't want to go when you think you going to a email page. Who started this credit reporting stuff and why do they have so much power. They have all the info they need to commit identity theft. Really the system is broke. I just am sick of it and didn't know where to complain. I know nothing will change but at least I feel better.

Today I notice Equifax took out $16.95 again for the second time from my checking account. I spoke with someone last month but she said she was going to discontinued starting first of July 1, 2012. I called 866-640-2273 and said to visit them on their websit. I would like somebody to take care of this matter and put my
money back. I did not authorize you guys to take my money and no I did not get any copy or a print out to show my credit score. You people are scaming me for my money and i am not receiving shit from you people. Please reposit my money back and starting as of today july 1, 2012 I am asking you not to get to my email and not to take any more money out of my checking account. No. I dont want any credit score from you all. I am still paying my 1974 student loan just for interest only total almost $6000.00 and still paying for and also I am still paying the reinsitution for the bank of america if I had not for the FBI who confessed in open court that he made a mistake. That is why my credit all mess up. So i asked that you do not take any more money out of my account as of now. I ask that you put my money back. I will also report this to my bank as well as Washington DC and the FBI. I will follow up with this number 866-640-2273 and see if there is someone live to talk to. Please take care of this matter ASAP.
