Eric Seigler is an attorney at law in Temecula California. We paid him $3500.00 for a legal loan modification and he gave us a 100% guarantee that he would refund our money if he did not obtain a loan modification on our home. The check was sent to him in May 2009 and we worked with him and his staff up until October 2010. WE are unable to contact him or his staff and he claims that he has moved his office. He joined a company called Home Safe Legal Network and then later joined a company called Certified Financial Network. We would like our money back and we are looking for others that he has taken money from and not honored his 100% guarantee.

This guy is the worst kind of human garbage that I have ever met. He is a total fraud and ripped me off for many thousands. He belongs in prison.

You should know by now that he has been disbarred due to fraud.
This scumbag didn't take my money. He took my children. He helped my exhusband, who molested our kids, gain custody of them by unethical & illegal means. Glad this pig cannot longer hurt people by means of a legal title.
