eTunes LLC Van Nuys Unauthorized charge of $25.14. I have never heard of this company Van Nuys, California

They charged my AMEX $25.14 for a download. I have never heard of this company and did not authorize a purchase from them. AMEX has shut them off.

Yes, just got my AMEX bill and have a $23.17 charge on my account from E Tunes in Van Nuys on April 17, 2011. Signed on to Google to find out who they are and saw all this and now know I was being ripped off to. Will file claim with AMEX.

Same here. I discovered a charge on my AmEX account for $23.28. I do not have an Ipod, so I have never down a music download, if that is what this is about. I have never heard of this company. Why hasn't the California law enforcements done something to this company? Where are they getting our AmEx numbers from?

I was charged $23.21 on my AMEX on 4/16/2011 by the same company for no reason. I don't know how a company can steal people's money without authorization and AMEX didn't spot and stop them before the charge went through.

Just received my statement from AMEX and sure enough Etunes $25.38 charge was on it. Disputed now with Amex-cancelled my Amex card! How did they get all our information? I haven't used my AMEX card in months!

Today i noticed a charge for $24.40 fm Etunes LLC on my AMEX. Not my charge - Called AMEX and they are crediting my account.

Same here; I had a fraudulent charge of $24.90 from Etunes LLC.on my AMEX card on April 19th; I had never heard that name before and when searching on the Internet I was stunned how many people reported such charges lately. The fraudulent charges always seem to be around $25.00 +/- a few bucks. And I too made a online travel reservation at a hotel the same day that charge was posted on my AMEX account. I did file a dispute with AMEX right away when I noticed that charge.
