The hardware rusted and the locking mechanism rusted and was defective.

We contacted them and they refused to do anything for us and instead an obnoxious worker told us it was our fault because we failed to lubricate the door.

This was total Bull.......several people in our building have complained about the same thing. We want you all to know about the decfective doors these people are selling
