I've done several BPOs for Evaluation Solutions in the past few months (more than 60 days) and not a single check has been received. Everytime I'm called by one of the agents to do another one I ask them about payment and they say that their accounting department is looking into it but no payment has been received.

If you are a Realtor or Borker doing BPOs for this Company I suggest you look at your records to see if you've gotten paid.

They will pay you eventually, but you have to be very persistent. I don't do any work for them anymore. The hassle of getting paid by them is simply not worth it. They call me constantly for doing BPOs and I just delete the message. I'll be surprised if this company is still in business in a year.

Hello...

They do NOT pay unless you constantly email and call them... Finally, after months they will pay, but still short you for the amount they owe you.

Once you get assigned the order, they will constantly call you, harassing you asking when it will be done. They also threaten to remove the order and place it with another agent...yah, after you already drove 25 miles to take pictures.

Also, what they pay per BPO is the LOWEST in the industry. Walk away...!!! No, better run!!!

Their favorite line is " check is in the mail ". bull.!!!
