They have been deceptive in the way they have conducted their loan with us since it was taken out.
It is almost out and out fraud and we have been lied to by Glenn and Larry, both.

I am the owner of Fairview Lending, my name is Glen Weinberg. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and have never had a complaint filed against us. We are a nationally known lender that has been featured in many publications as and expert in private lending. The publications range from the Colorado Real Estate Journal to the Mortgage Press. We do not charge any fees prior to commitment and we provide honest answers quickly. In the complaint above, I would guess that the person never actually received a loan from us. We get thousands of calls a day from borrowers looking for us to loan on properties that are not worth what the borrowers owe. In this case, we politely decline the transaction and move on. I'm uncertain who wrote the post above or what their issue is since no facts have been provided. We have never had a single complaint filed against Fairview since its inception since we are well known as providing honest answers quickly.
