They call you back in reponse for an inquiry that you submit online when you are looking for a lawyer. They say they will refer you to a superb lawyer, and will help you every step of the way. Just subscribe for $100, and after that there will be a monthly fee, and that your paper work will be in the mail. They also say that you have 7 days for a full refund if no action has been taken yet. I called the next day to cancel, and then the following day they charged another $175 for a cancellation fee. I had to contact my bank so that they would not withdraw any more money. They say that the $100 is now non refundable since you had a consultation, and all you did was answer the phone, and talk about what service they can do. I call one number and they say they need to check with the billing department to cancel. The other number noone answers. They are a complete scam, and there was never any paperwork in the mail. I would not subscribe to this at all!!

In the fall of 2010 I signed up with NFS with regard to my grandchildren who remain in foster care. I wanted to be represented should custody and visitation be an issue. They came on real friendly and helpful over the phone and I thought this was the way to go but I have been strung along for over 6 months. I faxed them a lot of data which I doubt they have reviewed. This outfit should be shut down for taking advantage of families in need. They are scammers pure and simple. Robbers of the heart and pocketbook.
