Scammers - sent cloth bag instead of winter boots

Sure wish I had seen all these comments before I ordered winter boots from fashion-shoes-mall.com Complete scam and my story is just the same as many already listed. I ordered a pair of Keen winter boots from these jerks back mid December. No boots, no response to emails so I finally filed a claim through PayPal a couple of weeks ago. Lo and behold I receive a parcel that I had to sign for at the Post Office. Turns out it is the very same tracking number as the one listed in the claim through PayPal. Bet you will never guess what I got... yep a cloth bag - except mine is orange. China Post is the only thing I can read on the labels.
I happen to be a Court Manager so I am thinking I will pass this little parcel on to the crime squad with the OPP and see if they can do anything about shutting these scammers down. First time ever that I have been scammed on the internet. Kind of kicking myself for not doing better research. I wondered why these boots were listed for such a good price. You know the old saying .. if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

Hi,
I also wish I had seen the many comments earlier - I ordered 4 pair of salomon shoes for my daughter and son-in-law to Germany. I wondered why there was free shipping and the price - you are true : too good to be true!
What I got was a cheap pencil from a sender in Singapore and I had to sign for it, too - so that they have got a confirmation! I sent a complaint to pay pal but do not hope that I will get the money back! Hope you are in a position to do anything against the gangsters!

Yep, same here. Ordered trainers for my son a couple of weeks ago, no order confirmation and no reply to emails asking what is happening.

Have today filed a complaint with PayPal and awaiting their decision. I'm expecting the cloth bag any day now...

Dispute resolved. After a bit of a struggle with PayPal I have won the case the and £18.06 I spent has been refunded in full.

To get a refund (and not have to return this cheap bit of tat, which was a shower cap of the 'freebie' type you'd find in a cheap hotel) PayPal emailed me an affidavit which I had to print out, sign, scan and email back as evidence. Then, a few days later, I got my refund.
