FIELD ASSET SERVICES, INC. calls itself a home preservation company. It actually operates as a FORECLOSURE SPECIALIST. This company hires local cleaning companies/robbers who attempt to or do in fact engage in breaking and enteringproperties even when people are still living in the homes legally. Field Asset Services has been sued twice, along with Deutsche Bank, by a California couple and another couple out of Michigan. There may be many more incidents and lawsuits. The V.P. for this company who actively engages in hiring the local scum whomay break into your home is JOAN MOUGEL.

Field Asset Services hired Monster Mowers in the California incident and claimed alternately that they were never at the property, that if they were at the property, they did nothing wrong AND they are even BLAMING the couple themselves for the harm that these companies did to them.

The term "home preservation" in this case, really means "home destruction".

The company works hand in hand with Deutsche bank, IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc. (a division of OneWest Bank) and of course, Matthew Jay Cohick, the owner of Monster Mowers in Lancaster, CA.

These Texas-based scumbags, Field Asset Services, Inc. has been implicated in another home breaking and entry in Tampa, Florida. They stole everything the poor man owned.
