fish window washing Tom scratch 4100 dollars worth of windows i my brand new house billings, Montana

I hired fish window washers to clean my new construction house. They scratched inside and out and in the the middle panes of my pella windows. To get them all fixed is goinng to cost 4100. They donot want to pay to have them fixed. they say it is impossibe for them to scratch windows but we know that thy didn't have scratches before they started. They left and never said a word to us we had to find all the scratches the next day when we got up and the sun was shining. We had gotten another bid from another compay who was going to cost a lot more money. We called them back and ask them if when they came to give us a bid how well they had looked at the windows they aid that they looked them over very well cause new construction they wanted to be sure on what condition they were in etc. Said that we didn't have any scratches and would write us a letter stating this. fish says they aren't resonsable and now i have to hire an attorney to get my windows fixed. Don't hire Fish window clearners in Billings MT.
