I was married on Oct 09, 2010 and had decided to go with Flowers of Winter Park
and it was a horrible mistake.

5 days before my wedding I was sent an
email from Mary Ann telling me that the head florist and person I had been working
with for 7 months had left the store. I was concerned because he was the only person I had ever met or spoken to on my many visits to the store. After voicing my concerns she assured me that I would still receive a quality product. I went in for a trial mock-up 3 days before my wedding
with the retail manager and the quality was horrendous and no where near what
I had been shown the first time.

She had no back up florist and
suggested that her mother in law could help put the flowers
together. Needless to say I didn't want to go with them since they did
not have a trained florist. I had to scramble to find another florist
in less than 5 days and she has REFUSED to give me my deposit back.

Stay far away from Flowers of Winter Park if you're planning a wedding. No bride should have to go through this days before her wedding, it was a nightmare!
